Immersed in the green, away from the usual tourist circuit, but at the same time, a stone's throw from Lake Orta and the beauties of Mottarone, the B & B Baltera is an ancient farmhouse recently renovated with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Lake 's Orta is just over 3 km. The area is quiet and sunny location, surrounded by beech and chestnut trees, and is the ideal base for relaxing walks, trekking and mountain biking (only thirty minutes walk away Pettenasco on the shores of the lake).

To reach the house is along a bumpy dirt road for about 1 Km (5 minutes by car). Fioretti family opened their home to welcome in a family environment where you feel instantly at ease. The guest rooms are on the first floor, furnished with simple furniture and a clever combination of colors are warm and welcoming.

Iris Room: double room with private bathroom.

Tulip Room: room with two beds, can be matched to the room is the room that Iris Margaret having doors to offer families an optimal solution.

All rooms have a private entrance through the large wooden balcony and have a large window facing south-west from where you can enjoy a relaxing view. Breakfast, made with care and based on local products, you will find on the table: honey, jams, cheeses, cold meats, cakes, and will be served upstairs in the cozy dining room with open kitchen and huge windows.

The countryside setting with large outdoor spaces and the porch will allow you to enjoy the essential moments of relaxation while your children can play freely in a natural and free of danger. Your pets are welcome.
