- A returnable security deposit of €150.00 is requested at time of arrival.

- Payment terms are 30% deposit on booking and 70% payment 4 weeks before arrival unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

- All properties are owned individually and contracts are with the owners direct.

- Mid weeks cleans are available at a cost of €30.00.
