This delightful apartment built on 2 floors is located in a charming 16th century building with inner courtyard in the heart of Rome's historical center. Upon entering, one gets the impression of being inside a boat, a long corridor leads to the large and bright double bedroom with wood beamed ceiling, spacious wardrobes and flat screen TV. The bathroom, located on the same level, has a bathtub with shower and hair dryer.

The two levels are connected by a choreographic stone and wrought iron staircase. The cozy, wood beamed living room downstairs has a double sofa bed, stone fireplace, library, LED TV 32 with SKY. Liberty and solid wood table seating up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and opens onto your own private balcony with plants, table and chairs for outside dining.

The apartment has air conditioning, WI-Fi, central heating and is accessed by an elevator to the 3 rd floor and a wide elegant staircase. Upon request, a travel cot is available for children under 3 years.

All rates are in Euro. -- DEPOSIT: Within three days of booking it’s required to pay a deposit of € 200, - (two hundred) The deposit is automatically used as a security deposit to cover any damage to property. The deposit is NOT included in the rent, so it cannot be used as part of it. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided that: - There has been no evidence of damage to property or to objects that it contains, in addition to normal wear and tear. - You do not have incurred fines resulting from illegal activities. - All keys were left in the home and that it’s been left closed. - There are no pending payments. - No sheets or towels are lost or damaged. -- PAYMENT: 20% deposit of the rent is required within 30 days from the date of arrival. The deposit will be deducted from the total of the lease. Payment must be done by a bank transfer. The remaining fee is due no later than 10 days prior to your arrival. Failure to comply with the terms of payment shall be considered a cancellation.

For cancellation written notice is required. Cancellations notified more than 30 days from the date of arrival will involve no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded by bank transfer unless the bank charges . Cancellation notified within 30 days from the date of arrival will result in the loss of the amount of the 20% advance¸ the excess amount already paid will be refunded by bank transfer unless the bank charges. Cancellations notified within 10 days from the date of arrival will result in the loss of 40% of the lease. The excess amount already paid will be refunded by bank transfer unless the bank charges. Cancellations notified within 1 day of arrival or early departure don’t produce any refund.
