A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, payable in cash, Pound Sterling, paypal or direct bank transfer. Full balance is due 30 days before arrival. Euro 35 is payable for the use of the air-conditioner. A Euro 150 Key & Breakage deposit is also payable on arrival to the local management company who will meet and greet you on arrival and departure. The deposit being returned to you subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment and on return of the keys.
