We can offer to you this charming one room-flat in a house facing the mediterranean sea and located in the middle of the Golfo Paradiso, in the greenest ligurian Riviera, where the sea's and the mountain's ecosystems melt so deep each other to stun your senses! This is the smaller of 4 flats we can offer you in the same fascinating house: in it you'll find a well furnished kitchen, a sleeping corner with a double bed 160cm plus an optional single bed, the bath-room is fully equipped and has a shower. Outdoor and just facing it you'll enjoy of a pergola reserved for this flat. In the garden thhere is a wide pergola (150 sq.meters) with tables and chairs for up to 20 people, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecues, swimming-pool, gymnic corner and showers, sunbathing area with up to 12 deckchairs. All of this is reserved for 4 vacation-flats, just facing the sea-horizon and in a overhead position upon the sea. See in this site to discover the bigger flats.

The Genova's airport "Cristoforo Colombo" is only 30 minutes by car or train from Pieve.

You need 10 minutes by bus to reach the main station Principe and then 30 minutes train to reach Pieve Ligure. We can also come and pick you up at the airport.

A 30% of the full payment is due to accept your booking.

The reminder will be paid during the 15 days before check-in.

You can pay by Paypal or money transfer, bank or post order.

All off your deposit will be sent back to you if you'll cancel at least 60 days before the date of check-in, and 50% of the deposit if at least 30 days before.
