Comfortable, totally renewed (2009), air conditioned, spacious 75 square meter (807 sq ft) apartment viewing both the sea and the pedestrian walk of the village centre. It is composed of a large living room with two double sofa bed (width: 0,80 m each), a large and bright dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, second bathroom. The apartment accommodates 4 guests, ideally two adults and two kids. The apartment is next to "La Loggia" and therefore it is possible to merge the two accommodations and to host up to 8 people.

Calata Ponte offers exclusive and charme accommodation on the second floor (elevator) in one of the most important historic buildings of Minori. Dating back to the 1700's, the building was once the residence of the local Vicar. The elegance of the past nobility has been well preserved as the building retains several historic features, such as its antique private chapel, visible from the private landing of the apartment, which is shared with the apartment "La Loggia".

All rates are in Euro.

Rates are per night referring to the minimum number of people for each accommodation.

Easter holidays : 150 Euro/ Day

Rates include: (a) Use of water, gas and electricity (including air condition where installed); (b) Change of linens (sheets and towels) for stays of 6 days or more

Daily rates do not include mandatory management costs and final cleaning. 80 EUR for La Casetta di Marmorata, La Loggia and Calata Ponte; 100 EUR for Il Sagrato and La Torricella

Parking space: 15,00 EUR/day (small-medium size cars are recommended when traveling in the area)

Extra changes of linens (sheets and towels) during the week: 10,00 EUR/person

Housecleaning during the stay: 15.00 EUR/Hour

Guests can request that double rooms be prepared with single or double beds. Baby cribs are also available upon request.

A full refund of the deposit will only be available when cancellations (via e-mail) are made at least 30 days before the beginning of the planned stay.

In all other cases including "no shows", deposits will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund guests for any amount in the event of early departure.

Guests will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

All reservations require a minimum 3-night stay. We accept reservations for stays that begin and end on any day of the week.

We provide a 10% discount for stays of a minimum of 14 days, except during the months of June, July, August and September. Check-out time is 10.30 and check-in time is 15.00.
