il pasco is a garden apartment at the ground floor of an old farmhouse located at the top of an hill 6 kilometres far from lucca. it's made up of one double bedroom, one bathroom and a large living room with a generous and well-equipped kitchen space with dishwasher and oven.

optimal for two persons and more than enough for four (there's a comfortable sofa-bed).at your disposal a loundry-room on the back of the house, a wide garden (with lighting), a panoramic terrace for sunbathe, barbecue, pergolas, parking space. we rent just this part of the house;within the property lives one person,the eighty-five- year old owner. A really friendly lady . around the farm-house olive trees,vineyards and fields belonging to "il pasco" were you can freely move . it's an ideal base point to reach the other sites of tuscany (seaside 20 km, florence 70 km, siena 105 km, pisa 20 km, apuan alps 40 km, forte dei marmi 30 km.).

Payment Policy

All Rates in Euros.

A deposit of two night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30g before the arrival.

Bank transfer orders, credit cards Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one nights rent. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of two nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30g days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

During winter stays is requested a daily extra pay of €.10,00 for gas heating.
